For over 120 years, the British Food Journal (BFJ) continues to be highly respected worldwide for its broad and unique interdisciplinary coverage of the latest food-related double blind peer-reviewed research. It links all sectors of this dynamic industry, keeping abreast of emerging trends, topical and controversial issues and informing and stimulating debate.

3 to 4 papers presented to the STRINGS conference will be selected to be published, according with the journal guidelines. Articles must be prepared according to the guidelines of the journal and be written in English.

Journal of Gastronomy and Tourism is indexed in Ebsco Discovery Services, Google Scholar, Southern Cross University. 

Gastronomy and Tourism is a multidisciplinary journal inviting research contributions that imaginatively and comprehensively investigate dimensions of food and eating in relation to travel and tourism. 

Journal of Gastronomy and Tourism invites research contributions of a theoretical as well as empirical and practical nature without specific disciplinary focus. The aim is to provide a source for cutting-edge thinking and evidence in an emerging field, and to be a forum for continuous development and discussion of matters interlinking gastronomy and tourism. The Journal is an academic publication but will also look to cover industry and education perspectives. 

Papers presented to the STRINGS conference will be selected to be published in a Special Issue, according with the journal guidelines. Articles should be written in English.

European Countryside is indexed in major databases including Web of Knowledge, Scopus or Google Scholar. The Cite Score at SCOPUS has been rising steadily since 2012.

The multidisciplinary periodical contains papers from an ecology of a rural landscape, rural sociology, demography and gender, multi-functional rural development, agriculture and other branches of the rural economy, impacts of Common Agricultural Policy on rural development, rural geography, rural borderland, rural and agro-tourism, rural settlement, small towns as centres of rural micro-regions, rural planning and architecture, rural collaboration. It prefers complex contributions with rural development issues to articles with narrowly economic or technical issues.

A selection of papers presented to the STRINGS conference and prepared according to the journal guidelines and written in English will be considered for publication in a Special Issue.

AGER - Journal of Depopulation and Rural Development Studies is, since 2011, indexed in ESCI (Clarivate), ERIH Plus, Scopus and SCImago Journal Rank (SJR). AGER has been awarded the FECYT Quality Seal in all evaluations since 2011.

AGER is a Social Science journal on issues related to depopulation, but also to rural and territorial development. We understand this as a broad field that also includes agriculture, food systems, community development, population dynamics, and environmental issues. AGER is strongly committed to promoting interdisciplinarity and research that combines empirical results with theoretical perspectives. 

Papers presented to the STRINGS conference will be selected  to be published, according with the journal guidelines. Articles may be written in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

RIVAR is a multidisciplinary journal, mainly based on the intersection between Agrarian Sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities. The world of agribusiness and value chains is also among its​​interest.

Revista Turismo & Desenvolvimento / Journal of Tourism & Development (RT&D) is indexed in Scopus, CAPES, Latindex, Google Scholar and many other databases. 

RT&D is an editorial project of the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism of the University of Aveiro, published twice a year since 2004. It was the first journal created in Portugal, aiming specifically for the tourism area. Its mission is to provide the knowledge and research produced in this area. As an international journal, it accepts publishing texts in Portuguese, English and Spanish. It also fosters contributions that reflect perspectives from authors from different countries.

Papers presented to the STRINGS conference, directly dealing with tourism and food issues will be selected to be published in a Special Issues of RT&D. Articles may be written in English and Portuguese and must be prepared according to the journal guidelines.
