Guidelines for Parallel Sessions Chairs
The schedule in the program follows Lisbon Time.
Chairs must join the session at least 5 minutes before the start and check if all the presenters are connected and available.
We highly recommend the Chairs of the Parallel Sessions to check their internet connection before the session start and to install the desktop Zoom app or use the online version of Zoom in advance.
Time per one presentation is 15 minutes. Please inform all the presenters of this at the beginning of the session. After 10 minutes of presentation the Chairs must inform the presenters on the remaining time. Please try to respect the time allocated to each presentation.
